High quality.I was so excited for this addition to my charcuterie board. packaging was nice and kept tools separated, the knifes had a great weighted feel and stunning finish...only after using the 1 spreading knife with a bowl of mustard the gold came off to reveal the plain metal underneath!This may have just been the effect of the acidity in the mustard but also made me cautious to not leave knifes soaking in water.These knives look very elegant, but they are lighter than I would have liked and they tend to scratch easily. It is exactly what I expected.
