Grohmann makes a really good product. Check them out online. They make great outdoor knives in Nova Scotia. This ulu is worlds better than any of the cheap, tourist junk you see anywhere else. There are several (at least ten) different styles of ulu. I've seen this one with the single post described as the "Canadian" style. Some prefer what's referred to as the "Fish River" style that puts your hand closer to the edge of the blade, for better control. It's difficult to find those in a production knife. They're available, but the quality is poor, and the steel is soft. The Grohmann ulu has a really nice, high quality (stainless) steel blade that sharpens well and holds a great edge.
